연꽃같은 기분으로 잠들기

"no prophet is accepted in his own native place."

This reminds me of the quote I posted a few days ago in Korean.
It is written by Pi Chun-deuk (피천득), an essayist, and it goes something like this:

I'd like to live a life where I
love many,
hate none,
and adore only a few extremely and severely.

Imagine those few.
Though it's the most rewarding feeling to be understood and respected by our most loved ones, it's often the hardest because on their end, they know our deepest weaknesses, and on our end, we tend to pay less attention to their every day presence.

Like him, I want to pour out my heart to a few.
But if [at least] one could reciprocate the same for me, I'd consider myself very truly blessed.
