Isaiah 55: 8-9

" 'For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,'
declares the LORD.

'As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"

Amidst confusion, I see a flickering light, and I humbly open up its way so that it may enter me.

Silence is what I need.
I close my ears to treasures of the earth--
so I distinguish what is real and what is not;
what is love and what is not;
and most importantly, what is His plan and what is mine.
In the end, I can muffle out the noises of my internal quibbles

And I turn to you, my God.

"내 생각 너희 생각과 같지 않고,
너희 길은 내 길과 같지 않다.
주님의 말씀이다.

하늘이 땅 위에 드높이 있듯이,
내 길은 너희 길 위에,
내 생각 너희 생각 위에 드높이 있다."
